Sometimes feeling nervous, sad, irritable, frustrated, or all of these, can become so overwhelming that they take on a life of their own, impacting your mind, your body, your relationships. The more intense the feelings become, the more likely it is to feel stuck and hopeless. Here's the thing- things can improve. That's where therapy comes in. With my help, you can learn how obstacles can be removed and how better to manage the negative feelings associated with them. Being able to gain new insight allows us to develop new skills and strategies to help us see the light at the end of the tunnel and to bask in it once more.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. With 20 years of experience, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and community based agencies, focusing on a wide range of issues. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY and my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University in New York, NY.
